The we want your car enquiry form does not list any franchise models in particular land rovers !

Aving been a customer for many years with Jaguar I decided to change to a Range Rover. The service I received, lack on interest, failure to return calls, lack of preperation of the vehicle (told the vehicle was being valeted, it was a lie. The vehicle had all the sticky fingers from the show room etc all over the car, outside not even washed). The seal on the door was coming apart which was not picked up. No follow up calls to ask how the car was etc. All the above is a given at H A Fox where I bought my last 2010 XJ. Customer service creates loyalty. Sorry very poor for a £53k car sale.

All of the comments on the website are positive. Do you really think that people believe you?
At least put up one or two negatives.
You can always add your comments afterwards, if you have fixed the complaint.

I absolutely hate 0844 numbers. They cost some of us more than a normal call. You get money from every call or your phone company does. get an 0800 or an 02 number please.
Reply - There does seem to be some confusion about charges, all our 0844 numbers are charged at Local Call Rates, however, we have a new site in build where we are looking at using local code numbers instead to remove any doubt.

I was after 3 small items but ended up being asked to telephone and then being given the wrong number to contact. Even then the spares person found it very difficult to understand which bit I actualy required. This has never been my experience before with stores people.
Reply - Were sorry about your experience over the phone with our parts department, we do have 7 locations around the south so it may be an idea to come into one of the dealerships and speak to them face to face, we also have an on-line shop in build to make things even easier for our customers. Have just purchased from Chichester the most beautiful Jaguar XJL 3.00ltre diesel Portfolio. Fabulous car, excellent service. Courteous efficiency from the whole team, Steven, Victor Andrew and Dan. If all dealerships were run as well as this the motor industry would be leading the recovery. Well done Guy and all your people a pleasure to buy through you.

I was astounded to be able to use the live chat at something like 2am - yes 2am - very polite and able to help me. A1 for effort - . the Site could do with a little brightening up, but nothing to not like. Well down Harwoods - much better than you know further south!

Perfectly good site, easy to find your way through it but nothing to grab your attention. Other similar websites offer interactive and video. Some more colour could lift the mood of the site. Grey on darker grey on white is a little dull.
