As any motorist will no doubt remember, the harsh weather over the last couple of winters has proven problematic for our roads and at times brought widespread disruption. In addition to the extreme inconvenience, accident rates also soared, with the Department of transport reporting a 267% increase during winter.
The new Range Rover is a pioneering car for Land Rover as it is an incredible 500kg lighter than its previous models. The new car premieres the company's new Premium Lightweight Architecture (PLA), which will also underpin the next Range Rover Sport due in 2013. Extensive use of aluminium in the bodywork and chassis makes this Range Rover significantly lighter, and more fuel efficient – a huge improvement from its 2,810kg predecessor.

2011 has seen an increase in demand for used vehicles. For this reason we are now low on stock of quality used Land Rovers. In normal circumstances we have access to a plentiful supply of high quality vehicles from our official Land Rover sources but currently demand has overtaken this supply. For this reason, we're now looking for Land Rover vehicles to replenish our used car stock.
In 2008 Land Rover revealed the acclaimed LRX concept vehicle. Now, this landmark cross-coupé project has been made a production reality. The all-new Range Rover Evoque – launched to the world at the 2010 Paris Motor Show on the 30th September 2010 – faithfully captures the original design of this landmark vehicle.
