The MINI Countryman Plug-in Hybrid was the star of the MINI stand at the Goodwood Festival of Speed 2017, as it made its UK debut. Also on show was the high-performance John Cooper Works range.
The MINI Countryman Plug-in Hybrid impressed the crowds as it took part in the Goodwood Hillclimb as part of the First Glance category, showcasing outstanding power and energy with a fraction of the emissions. The MINI Countryman Plug-in Hybrid is capable of propelling itself from 0 to 60 mph in just 6.8 seconds, with 224bhp.
The MINI Countryman Picnic Area provided the crowds at Goodwood with the perfect place to chill out and recharge whilst eating a picnic. The picnic area was decorated with a few MINI Countryman models, all featuring accessories such as the Picnic Bench and Roof Tent. Even better for MINI owners, the VIP Owner's Lounge provided them with a VIP treatment, as a quiet space away from the fast paced festival.
The stand at Goodwood featured the full five car range and took the festival goers through MINIs heritage and into the future of motoring, with the Countryman Plug-in Hybrid, and celebrated the classic MINI DNA with the John Cooper Works range also on display.
