Harwoods Racing Club 2012 -2014

 Harwoods Racing Club (HRC) was launched in the summer of 2010 by Harwoods Group Chairman Guy Harwood and his daughter Amanda Perrett with two horses to race for two seasons. The aim of HRC is to give members the opportunity to enjoy the excitement of owning racehorses without the expense of individual ownership.

 This is the second HRC in which membership is available at an all-inclusive cost of £2595 per share for the two horses to race in the 2013 – 2014 seasons. At the end of 2014 the horses will be sold at public auction and all sales proceeds and prize money won, minus expenses will be paid out to each member.

 The HRC horses are a three year old colt, Harwoods Star who was placed second on his second run in 2012 and a two year old colt by Kheleyf called Harwoods Volante, both in training with Group 1 winning trainer Amanda at the prestigious Coombelands Racing Stables in West Sussex.

 David Oughton, Racing Manager of HRC is available to show owners their horse’s progress on the gallops as well as on the racecourse in addition to the special hospitality days throughout the year.
