During this difficult time for us all, at the forefront of everything we do is the safety of both our employees and customers.
Our customers are of course always our priority and both our Sales and Service Departments will be made as accessible as possible to take your enquiries and explain the processes we have had to adopt to serve you as efficiently and safely as possible.

We are working in line with government guidance to offer our support to the emergency services and key workers of the country fighting to save lives, for which we are incredibly grateful. If you are a key worker and require urgent assistance, please use our key worker online urgent assistance form. We will respond to you as soon as we can.
We will extend our support to all of our customers as best as we can in emergency situations. We will also continue to offer remote service and repair advice and take future booking requests on a provisional basis. Please contact our team in the usual way to find out more.
We are operating a heavily reduced aftersales staff to support urgent key worker and internal work requests only. Our telephone lines and website enquiry forms continue to be monitored and manned by our team.

Staff are able to access work emails and network services and we are endeavouring to make more digital assets (brochures, images, videos) available for all vehicles online.
We will offer virtual appointments and consultation to customers via multiple methods including Zoom and Facetime.
We will arrange safe and secure delivery of customer orders.
Parts, spares and accessories
Trade parts services are operating normal deliveries subject to manufacturer supply.
Retail parts supply is suspended until further notice.
