Since annoucing their partnership on the eve of the 2016 FIA Formula 1 World Championship, Aston Martin and Red Bull Racing have extended their partnership to cover the 2017 season. After the success of the exhilarating 2016 season with the team securing second place in the constructor's championship, it is expected to be another exciting season for the team.
Aston Martin have also confirmed that all 150 road car version of its groundbreaking AM-RB 001 hypercar have sold out. Customer deliveries of the AM-RB 001 will commence in early 2019. Red Bull Racing's Chief Technical Officer, Marek Reichman and Aston Martin's Chief Special Operations Officer, David King, created the AM-RB 001 to provide the ultimate blend of cutting edge F1 technology with Aston Martin's signature sports car design.

The 2017 Formula 1 season gets underway in Melbourne on 26 March 2017. The first prototype of the AM-RB 001 is expected to run for the first time in late 2017.
