In my role as Local Business Development Manager I have developed a close working relationship with the business community across the South and have built up a wealth of knowledge and experience to help guide companies through the purchasing procedure.
In my current position I work closely with key clients matching their specific needs and requirements with a high level of service focusing on the detail and future/contingency planning.
Business Development Manager
Andy has specialised in providing Fleet expertise to business customers for nearly 20 years across several well respected brands. During this time, he has enabled countless businesses to fulfil their fleet requirements, whilst working with Peugeot, and then Volkswagen, prior to becoming a fully qualified and certified LBDM (Local Business Development Manager) with Audi since 2013.
Andy has always been driven to seek rewarding customer relationships, with a people-focused career path starting as a hotel manager followed by a broad journey through sales specific positions in advertising, recruitment and even stationary, before finding his ‘home’ in Fleet sales and customer service in the automotive industry.
Asked what Andy likes to do in his spare time, the answer is generally ‘thinking about new ways to innovate the fleet business for our customers’. However, we suspect he also enjoys football, the countryside and great food.
Nicholas is your specialist Audi Consultant, with the freedom to create bespoke fleet solutions to perfectly suit your business. His experience in the automotive industry spans nearly 20 years, with a variety of roles in contract hire and leasing, progressing to become an accredited Audi Local Business Development Manager and then Fleet Sales Manager prior to his current specialist position.
Building strong work relationships comes naturally to Nicholas, whether it is with Harwoods customers or within his successful team, so you can be sure of a positive and fulfilling engagement.
Nicholas enjoys sharing the outdoors, and so as well as being a keen golfer, he enjoys running on the Sussex Downs, occasionally keeping up with his beloved dogs. Nicholas is sometimes told to slow down, to enjoy walking with his family.
