McLaren New Forest have enjoyed an exhilarating summer of charity days at Goodwood, the most recent taking place on Saturday 28th September.
Luckily the autumn weather was kind to us and attendees were able to experience the sporting thrills of their McLaren models in an iconic racing environment. Pushing the vehicles to their limits in the company of other enthusiasts, they were able to find out exactly what makes McLaren models so special to drive.
It was great to see so many different McLaren models out on the track at once, from the eye-catching 570S Coupe to the sleek 600LT. The event was also a great opportunity for people to meet fellow supercar fanatics and talk about all things McLaren.
We were also very lucky to have the new McLaren GT at the event too. Attendees were able to take test drives in this exceptional new model throughout the day. YouTuber Petrol Ped was also invited down to drive the model and he was extremely happy with his experience too, exclaiming that it's a "very, very impressive car" with "incredible visibility". He was also impressed with the generous luggage space and its smooth acceleration. Watch his full first-drive review here.
As well as enjoying thrills on the track, attendees also enjoyed a delicious lunch to fuel them throughout the exciting day.
The atmosphere throughout the day was fantastic and we hope everyone who attended the Goodwood Track Day had a fantastic and memorable day.
We look forward to putting on more events like this in 2020 and beyond, so keep an eye out for more information in the upcoming months.
