During the MOT we will test the following
- Lamps, reflectors and electrical equipment
- Steering and suspension
- Tyres and wheels
- Seat belts and restraint systems
- Body and structure
- Driver view of the road
All work will be completed by our team of Volvo trained technicians and we will only use the latest Volvo techniques and equipment.
If for any reason your car fails the MOT, we will notify you of any work that needs completing to ensure your car is road worthy. You cannot legally drive your car on the road until the repairs have been made and the certificate has been issued.
MOT Test Warranty
Volvo MOT Test Warranty will not apply to the first MOT test due when the vehicle is three years old and only during the period specificed in the Registration Confirmation Letter.
Selected Volvo vehicles are covered by the MOT Test Warranty. The Volvo MOT Test Warranty covers the cost of repair, replacement and/or adjustment to the vehicle of specific parts that have caused the vehicle to fail its MOT test. Accidental damage is not covered under the MOT Test Warranty.
